We get a few requests a week asking us how to become a writer on Codú and if it's okay to post articles on Codú, so today, I want to share with you how to become a writer.

How to become a writer

Step 1. Sign up for an account on Codú (here's a link in case you need it). Step 2. Congratulations, you can now write articles on Codú. 🎉

How to use the editor

While you are signed in, you will see a couple of new options in your navigation bar. You can access your article editor if you click the "New Post" button.

At the time of writing, we support markdown text documents. We don't handle rich media ourselves yet, but they can be embedded and linked from external URLs.

What to write about?

Write about something related to web development: It doesn't have to be technical (even though that's where you will learn the most); we love hearing your personal opinions, career advice, and soft skills being shared on the platform.

Scrolling through the current articles, you'll see various topics that might inspire you.

Don't be afraid to write about the same thing someone else did; you will always have a different way of teaching than another person.
