Big Tech Won't Use Wine or Darling for CI: Here's Why

While tools like Wine and Darling allow you to run Windows and macOS apps on cheap Linux hardware essentially a huge cost saving for CI/CD Big Tech intentionally ignores them. For enterprise-scale software, the "Certainty Tax" is a necessary expense.
