Godot 4.4: Metal Rendering Backend, 3D Physics Interpolation, and More

This is the first dev snapshot for Godot 4.4. Many of the changes in this release are bug fixes that will be backported to 4.3. The Metal rendering backend is finally here. The 3D physics interpolation for 2D nodes has now been merged with its 3D counterpart.
