I Turned My ThinkPad From a Toaster Into a Quiet Linux Workhorse

My ThinkPad fleet was running at 91°C under load. By layering intel-undervolt with TLP on Arch Linux, I stabilized my T450 and T440p at -90mV, dropping idle temps to the mid-30s without losing "snappiness".
