Re-thinking DevOps Practices to Handle Accelerating Dev Throughput

Gitflow can be a great development approach, but it can't keep up with the throughput of pull requests. "Continvoucly morging" breaks down quickly when each dev has migrations, rewrites, SOPS edits, renames, new CI pipelines, and agent file updates. Every open PR is another potential conflict.
